Pamela founded the consultancy in 2022 to support organisations through periods of development and those embracing transformative projects, a culture of change and a genuine commitment to accessibility and inclusion.
About Pamela.
With a degree in social and cultural studies (University of Nottingham and University of Queensland, Australia), Pamela understands key theoretical and methodological perspectives, data handling techniques and accumulated empirical knowledge of the social sciences.
This has given her experience in developing frameworks for qualitative and quantitative data collection and collation, research, and evaluation, and how to use data to drive organisational change and maximise marketing and audience reach across traditional and digital channels.
As a Regional Associate for the South East for the Arts Marketing Association, Pamela continues to develop her skills and expertise and support others in the region. Additionally, Pamela has completed The Centre for Cultural Values online two-week course; Evaluation for Arts, Culture and Heritage: Principles and Practice.

Devising strategies, driving growth and diversification of audiences, developing brand and profile nationally, securing income through fundraising and cultivating support for philanthropic giving. As executive team founded WTM as registered charity November 2019,
led campaign for largest grossing pantomime to date December 2019, Led consultation, project managed and launched new WTM website February 2021, 15.8% ticket revenue growth 2014/15 to 2018/19, 133% live events profit increase 2014/15 to 2018/19 and 105% film profit increase 2014/15 to 2018/19

Led all groups communications and marketing, cultivation, and sales to maximise income and attendance. Additionally, responsible for supervising operation of the box office teams.
