Anaesthesia Heritage Centre
A strategic audience and communications consultancy, working with the Association of Anaesthetists team to better understand their audiences, both visitors and non-visitors, and develop an offer which encourages deeper engagement. Providing in depth audits and evaluation, strategies, and training. This project is ongoing.

Littlehampton Museum
Supporting Littlehampton Museum to deliver an extensive community consultation, obtaining feedback via surveys, interviews, in person events and focus groups with over 600 participants. Concluding the project by providing an evaluation report presenting the findings to support an audience development strategy and collections policy. This project is ongoing.

Gate Theatre
Strategic brand consultancy, and audience development, and communications strategy creation, working closely with the Gate team to build brand equity and align this with their vision, mission, and values. Providing in depth audits, strategies, and guidelines as leading tools to ensure success in delivery for 2024 onward. This project is ongoing.

Outside In Art
Working with Outside In, a charity supporting artists who encounter barriers to the art world due to health, disability, social circumstance, and isolation to obtain feedback via surveys, interviews and in-person events with their 4500 artists, ensuring the consultation was accessible and supported as many artists participation as possible. The project concluded with a comprehensive report quantifying the findings for presentation to the team and board of trustees.

Norden Farm + Curve Venue Slough
PKC worked with Norden Farm Centre for the Arts (NFCA) and Slough Borough Council (SBC) (managed by StoryDen Ltd (SD) consortium to lead Curve Venue, Slough (CVS) through their new NPO status. Conducting audience research, content and communication audits, audience and stakeholder consultation to form an Audience Development Strategy and a Strategic Marketing Summary for 2024.

Ado Ato Pictures
Working with Emmy Award-winning global creative studio Ado Ato Pictures teams developing a fundraising strategy and prospect funding bodies audit and supporting their most recent work, Anouschka the animated mixed reality game, which won the International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA) DocLab Award for Digital Storytelling. PKC devised the digital marketing plan and social content calendar for the run of the festival.

Good Space Volunteering
PKC devised the marketing and audience strategy, marketing and communications plan and partner support packs for this new volunteering initiative Good Space, led by Brighton Dome & Festival, Sussex Past, Heads On NHS and including 13 partners across Sussex, to broaden and strengthen their volunteer programmes. We were then invited to submit a second proposal to create a short documentary film and marketing coordination via an annual retainer.

Vincent Dance Theatre
Strategic audience development, marketing, and communications lead, delivering audience development and marketing and communications strategies and delivering annual marketing objectives across digital and traditional platforms. Delivered a full brand refresh, including delivery of a stakeholder brand workshop, research, redesign of the visual identity and tone of voice generating a final brand booklet and guidelines. PKC also partnered with HdK completing a new VDT website to improve accessibility.

The Audience Agency
Six-month consultation enquiry to review brand perception, new product understanding and consultancy and research offer, running until November 2023. (May-Nov 23) Development of new resources in line with the launch of the new Audience Answers platform to further develop the current pen portraits, motivation guides and how to guides covering, marketing, fundraising, and programming. (Apr-Aug 23) TAA user consultation regarding future services, recruiting, interviewees 20+ users and produce outcomes of informal updates, response report, presentation. (Nov 22-Mar 23)

Affordable Art Fair
PKC developed a VIP members strategy for Affordable Art Fair. The strategy focused on audience and stakeholder research, competitor analysis, targeted marketing, content, and activity considerations to create a compelling VIP experience that aligns with the fair's vision of making art accessible while catering to the target audience's preferences and aspirations. AAF successfully launched its VIP scheme in August 23, attracting more art buyers and those willing to spend at the upper brackets of the price range (£5k-£7.5k)
